Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... in my case, using a controller just remind me of... no, I just used to play more with it (since Super Nintendo). A keyboard kinda make me feel slow.

... I actually found Koumakan to be the easiest I've played. At the very least, it has the easiest Normal mode (don't quote me on Lunatic, never tried it).

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... I see. I still intend to play more of the Touhou series (next, Perfect Cherry Blossom), so maybe I can see some differences. Maybe try on lunatic mode too.

Notewell:
IL-2 1946. The latest patch just came out and my friends and I have been having a blast doing co-op sorties. Been fooling around with a mod that skins a MiG-9 to resemble Haruka's F-22 livery, and it's awesome. The same guy had previews of a Yukiho Me-262, and he was working on a He-162 for one of the idols, but it's been over two years and not a peep from him. :( I've been trying to skin a A6M3 Zero with Chihaya decals, but I'm not that good.  :'(

Accoun:
You mean IŁ-2 Sturmovik? The realistic plane game?
If so, never been into it that much myself, but it's nice to see people still playing that.
Would be afraid that it gets forgotten.

The people that play these kind of games are likely to stick to it for years, though. ;-)

That's right. IL-2 Sturmovik 1946. Cliffs of Dover is the newest incarnation, but its release was plagued by bugs and other technical issues. It's all patched up now and is a good flight sim, but I believe 1946 is superior in all elements except graphics. '46 has much more content to boot, and I don't think CoD will surpass it. So I don't think IL-2 '46 will be forgotten until a new IL-2 appears that acquires the same playerbase as the original. I came into the game relatively recently (2009-ish), but many of the buddies I play with have been in the community since it came out in 2001. It's my WW2 sim of choice.
