Playing my early copy of Fire Emblem Awakening. I'm probably going to stream the game tomorrow afternoon (Friday, ~12:30-4pm EST) on Hard/Classic on my recently-created Twitch.tv account.

I really should get a 3DS capture board, but I can't justify the exorbitant cost right now (around $200 for just the board, not including installation).

I got Ace Combat Ass(ault) Horizon Enhanced Edition.  Textures are still the same from the console counterpart so they look a little bad, but it's nice to see the game running in 60fps on my display's resolution.  Jet combat missions are decent (DFM is a dumb system but it's ok if you try to only use it on TGT_LEADs) but door gunner and attack chopper missions are terrible.

Also waiting for Metro: Last Light to hopefully come out in March.  Looking forward to seeing new guitar pieces in it if any as well.

Also I forgot how badly tuned my MR2 is and realized how unusual going back to Forza 4 from Horizon is.

Sadly, everything you've said is the prevailing sentiment in the community. The dogfighting sections are decent, although DFM / ASM is not my favorite feature by any means, but the helicopter missions are borderline unplayable. This is especially true when using a flight stick, as there's no option to adjust deadzone for sticks. On graphics, low polygon counts don't necessarily equate to bad texturing, but as soon as your aircraft begins to slow down and you can finally take in the scenery, the awful texturing work becomes apparent.

I just finished Ass(ault) Horizon today and I forgot that going for the generic US vs RU rebels meant not having a flying fortress mission.  I'm sad now.

Goodness... what kind of game a crossover with Megaten + Fire Emblem will result? Two of my favorites game series... and for Wii U. I looking forward to it.

Me personally, if there were ever a MegaTen crossover I'd hoping for, it'd be Persona VS Arcana Heart since I think that's a pretty big gimme, but this is cool too I guess.

Of course, I haven't really played any Fire Emblem RPGs or MegaTen games aside from Arena.

Oh right, forgot about this thread.  Started Fire Emblem Awakening at the beginning of the weak.  I had to drop down to the lowest difficulty, and reset a bunch of times regardless.  Slowly working my way through the game.

Also hatching pokemon as usual.

Been playing Metal Gear Rising. Overall this is a pretty fun game and certainly worth checking out.

The only ok thing that came out of Sony's PS4 announcement was the eyecandy in Driveclub. Not too interested in the actual game though, just gives me something to hope Turn10 will beat with Forza 5
