Games, Games, GAMES!! (Besides iDOLM@STER, of course XD)
Cael K.:
Finally started 7th Dragon 2020. Running a more standard team of Samurai, Psychic, and Trickster.
... Also, I am voiced by Tomokazu Sugita, though I feel that if Shinichiro Miki had his lines, I'd've been voiced by him instead. Yuichi Nakamura was also in the running.
AweOfShe:
Platinum #14 - Hyperdimension Neptunia MkII
That game was so much better than the first game, but I still found 1 more enjoyable for the events alone.
Either way, I had fun. ;D

Brought The World Ends With You and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey on my trip and didn't regret it. I'm struggling to get some of the pins to evolve, though. I hate it when I max out a pin without evolving it- a reset button would be nice.

I agree right there. Gameplay wise it was certain an improvement over the first Hyperdimension Neptunia. Though I never played the first game, only watched gameplay footage of it. Plus I personally enjoyed this game more than Final Fantasy Xlll-2 personally.
Anyway, i'm attempting to beat Yakuza Dead Souls on Dead Souls Difficulty. It's not really that difficult but it is really annoying especially when you are getting swarmed by 20-50 zombies at once.

well, pins evolve depending on type of points you level them with, and a lot of pins can't evolve at all. you get blue ones for battles, green ones for not playing and red ones for "mingling". the dominant kind of points when the bar is full decides the type of evolution. if the pin doesn't have an evolution for that type it will stay as it is.
You can find a chart to see if and with what kind of PP a pin can evolve in this chart: http://twewy.wikia.com/wiki/Pin_Evolution
Btw: The different types of PP have a different weight. I think battle is 1, shut down is 3 and mingle is 15 (don't quote me on the numbers). What it means is the following: assume a pin needs 15 PP to evolve and you get 14 battle PP and 1 mingle PP. The pin will have a total of 15 PP and thus enough to evolve. But to determine which kind of evolution you get, you need to multiply the PP with their weight and then take the type with the highest number. in this case it's 14 for battle and 15 for mingle, thus the pin will evolve as mingle even though you got much more battle PP. if you look at the PP bar of this pin, you'll see that the red part is slightly larger than the blue part.
i hope this made some sense :p
Btw once you finished the game, you can jump to each day at will and each day has some optional goals to complete. once you have completed all optional goals you can read a secret report and get a lot of insight about what was going on behind the scenes. And i think there is some kind of bonus if you unlock all secret reports, but honestly i'm not sure about that.
