Actually if that banner area could support image maps, it'd probably be possible to section out each square in the current banner and have it link to their respective threads. Or if the url was replaced, you click the banner it takes you to the character section. However I click the banner to go to the front page so I dunno haha.

You mean the area on the right with the text/links? 300x115.
