Well, I'm currently playing around with h4's banners on local; Looks like that. Trying to get a JS random rotation script going.

Define this statement, because I'm pretty sure when something is "photoshopped" it was made/edited in applied program, whereas I believe what digi used for it (he could have used other programs, but I'll call this for now).

Your designs are a perfect example. h4ataraxia's is kinda like that too...
You know, all that bloom and clutter. Something simple, minimalistic, or professional is what I like to see.

There's no general term for that- Many opinions take place there.

I believe Scotty means edited so much that it becomes ugly.
Anyway, I'm done with the rotating script.
