For the IRC channel, I kinda gave it up since I'm not idling on IRC anymore. You're free to re-register it and manage it if you want to, however.
Next, the banner; At the present moment it's only a logo, but can be fixed easily. I can either keep it as-is, make a 640x85 banner that's centered, or a 640x100 to fill the space. I'll need to push the news to the right in either case. See attached examples.

So, for the banner, all we have to do is to focus on the space you've provided (148X62, 640X85 and 640X100) I'm up for that. Gimme a week and before then, I'd have a gallery of banners you can stuff in one of those templates.
Also, I don't get how the default ranks is to offend anyone? Posts mean nothing unless they have sense to them. On other sites I go to, respect is earned by what meaning your posts got, and it's practically worthless to have many posts if you're annoying or stuff like that.
Also, may I mask for a forum games section? One way of killing boredom is with that, and it was evident before in the chit-chat section that these games don't really consume much of the members time. And you can do it like in the chit-chat and not count post counts there.
I will still be trying to get a graphics subforum on here. Cien, you probably missed the fact that in a graphics section, you can post more than gallery topics. You can have GFX shops, tutorials, and share stocks and renders there.
EDIT: For now, you know those icons on the forum tabs? They need changing. ;)

More than likely it's going to be the same as the old forum; have a banner up for the week of the character's birthday.
