Weren't the two part of an idol group with Yukiho in one of the manga series? (wasn't quite sure if you were legitly asking or just theorizing but)

Yup, that'd be the World Is All One manga, in which Haruka, Hibiki and Yukiho were formed in the unit 'SprouT'. It's quite a good read, what with emphasis on growth, betrayal and of course Ricchan.

I was just theorizing about the outfit they were wearing in that picture. It almost does look like it could be a future DLC extend outfit.
