o.O!?!? Wow. That's as surprising as one time, a guy got a new copy of FFXIII for $13.

Meh. Who knows what happens. Price drops are inevitable anyways. lol Specially on DS games, so I've noticed.

It's been like that forever. Like, since last December, at least in local stores.

The gameplay is crap, and the only good thing is the story.
Plus despite the CERO rating, its not really child friendly nor is it aimed at new players/producers.

But being able to buy a second cart for 3 extra save slots without burning the wallet can't be a bad thing.

[edit]
The worst DS price drop I've seen is the new Zelda DS game though.
Under 1.5K yen in most stores.

I know what happened.

Price drops happen quickly on games that don't sell.

Price drops happen slowly on games that sell well.

I wonder which category this fan made DS game falls under....

Then what's with that $50 dollar crap in the con, I could have bought it and play through it while I learn Japanese (and fail Japanese horribly)

probably because its a con and they overprice things.
you'd pay a good load of cash for something you cant get in us (or maybe you can if you're luckier than the little boy in 28 weeks later)
besides think of it as when you go to sixflags or knotts; suddenly sodas and water bottles are like $4

i had to pay $8-10 for the im@s nendo's and trading figures at anime expo when they're like 400-500 yen

Supply and demand on that one.  It still has a high demand, but low supply, thus price doesn't drop.

Hard to say with the price drop, since there's a mixture of supply / demand and recession. Truthfully the price on amiami has been like that for months, while play-asia put back the MSRP. I remember around late last year when the game released, it was one of the top selling games, but like any merchandise, sales drop in an negative exponent slope.

Dun think many people buy games from amiami since they're more of figures and merchandise in general.

For the conventions, they're prices are just all over the place. Dun ever trust their prices since either they're way over priced or sometimes under priced. Recently however, they have been slowly keeping with market pricing (got Idolm@ster Christmas 4 You for like $20 at Otakon one year).

As far as in the game itself, the game isn't really crap IMO, but that's form personal experience. Some people may like it some people don't, it's a good right before bed game which I've been doing for a few months since that's the only time I can play the game. Got Eri to Rank C so far.

Fix the auditions, and we're talking. Heck, give it the old Arcadem@s/360/SP auditions and we're talking. I'm sure a lot of people'd love that.

They better make, even if small, changes to the girls and Ryo's storyline, so people won't be bored if they play it (assuming it'll come, and they're still there).

Oh, and while they're at it: More idols please! *puppy eyes*
