by the way my power cord is fuc*** up (accidentally plugged in 220v and kaboom!)
and the next day the transformer i ordered came ~_~ (the world is screwed up)

Yep. I got as far as that.
But to keep this thread on topic I suggest moving to the thread where I started the talk about my xbox 360.

How did you manage to plug a 110v connector into a 220v socket?  At least at my place they are of completely different shape. But when attached to a power converter (aka transformer) everything works perfectly.
