Yup i've asked them yesterday thru e-mail and they've said they've got lot's of Idolm@ster Dearly Stars in stock on thier shop coming.Mine's arriving on Friday or maybe this Thursday. ;D
I think the Pre-order bonus is included in newer orders for sure cause they always do that(they did that when i've ordered those Idolmaster games on the PSP last year).
