So if I understand it correctly, the line now translates to:
Normal Green,Light Blue, So pretty.
Light Blue = Hibiki
Miki is either of the 2 greens ( is she Normal Green or Fresh Green? )
Takane's colour is probably mixed into the song somewhere also ( some form of Pink/Red if I remember right )

They actually put Takane's color in the same line too, replacing the "normal" with the color "carmine".

"12 colors" Version:

That's the reason why the song is called "12 colors" version. :)

Hmmm Interesting
I guess this means that Takane and Hibiki are officially part of 765 Pro now ( since their colours are now in the 'theme song' for 765 Pro )
It's probably part of the build up for the DS version also ( Takane and Hibiki are working for 765 Pro now, since it's a sequel )
I just noticed also...
The background colours for the MS soundtracks...
Miki's is green
Hibiki's is light blue
But Takane's is dark pink, not carmine ( carmine is dark red according to wikipedia ) =/
Perhaps Takane's colour was originally planned to be a shade of pink instead of a shade of red.
Or Carmine might have been a mistake...

According to wikipedia, the term carmine varies depending on the medium; interior, flowers, specific types of paint etc.

The term Carmine when used for flowers is a light shade of pink, whereas the one used for oil paints resembles the colors used for Takane's Extend costumes.
