it's not an official Bandai Account, just someone trying to hep out non-japanese speakers

I can see that, but knowing the old Bandai Namco, I thought they would've sent C&D letters to this account. Their actions to remove restrictions against non-Japanese IPs is surprising.
Think about it, the franchise has been around for 14-17 years and so far we only have one game translated into English out of 2 dozens.
