Yep, that's Xenoglossia Haruka.  I think they're around the same age.  That bikini was... not exactly a plot point, but it did feature prominently in a certain episode.

I personally prefer the beach queens version, I dunno, the Xenoglossia versions of the idols don't look that great to me for some reason.  The figure is pretty nice though.
