Your last request date was April 19 (SERVER TIME). Your next request date should have been April 25 (SERVER TIME) not April 24 (SERVER TIME). This is the third warning you have gotten within a month's time (the others being on 3/23 and 4/1).
You are cut off from making requests until May 25 (SERVER TIME).
If you find this unfair than I suggest you follow the rules in the future if you decide to get more requests.
Anymore infractions may lead to being permanently banned from making requests.
You may call me any name in the book if that'll make you feel better but I make my rules for a reason. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
