Some demos and the arcade live games are region locked, even if it is the full game it should be no exception.
The game will boot into the splash screen but that is it, try it if you want it's up to you.

Oh, that's great news. I can save on shipping costs then. But on the other hand I'm still planning to place an order with other stuff, and the actual im@s dvds are very cheap. Especially if you compare it to the price of xbox with shipping. Plus you get a booklet along the way. And the box is something to put on the shelf. That's why I don't really appreciate online distribution.

Yeah, some of us like physical items.
But then you get silly companies like Valve selling their games physically that have no manual but only the disc and serial number.
