Some other fruits of wisdom:

- The autosave in this game is pretty good, actually... too good in some cases. If the game closes at the main menu or live selection, you're brought back there. You can even close out during a live and return to that same live. So no cheating by resetting the week.

- The 11 free P Drops are available on the PSN store, but I still think they're locked to Japanese accounts since I didn't get anything on my English account. I haven't tested it out on my Japanese account yet though, but don't get your hopes up.

If you mean fan letters from presents, then it seems to increase fans.


So I hit MAX RANK! (it's 20) for OMOIDE..
Will max rank increase with getting S-rank or leveling up? Cause, well, it's still not enough to get 57k...

No, if you have the idol mail DLC you sometimes get a mail from theme where "mail boost" is displayed for a moment on the screen.

Yes! My copy finally arrived.  This game is really good!  The graphics, especially the characters models, are amazing!

Also in case people don't know, if you don't press anything at the title screen, it will take you to a concert where it introduces the idols as they are performing.

By the way I'm yet to encounter any gold presents... Do they even drop without p-drops?

What coordinate/stats did you have to push you to 57k+?

Can't tell you the exact numbers right now but my team was
Hibiki lvl 61, burst+omoide max rank (20), A-rank, 4 hearts.
Chihaya+Azusa lvl 56, burst+omoide rank 15.
Leopard Ai costume (you don't have a choice here) with crappy a-b rank accessories with skills: charge lv1, duo drive, +100 points per combo.
The song I used was Kiramekirari lvl10 on master. This part is the most important for scoring. I'm scared to think how much more you'd have to grind if you choose any other song or lower difficulty.
I've got ~57500 with this setup.

I'm pretty close in stats, a few ranks behind in burst and omoide. I think 5 ranks will make the difference since i can get pretty close.

You can go with "I want" if you want (pun not intended), but that one is much harder to full combo and earns you ~375 points less.
Easier points vs Better song. The choice is yours.
On a bright side, the costume you get is so overpowered, you'll be able to continue farming the event with any song you like.

I remember having to pick hamburger to clear the hardest festival in imas2 and that's the one I disliked the most...
