Well I don't know if I'll return to a YouTube channel or not when I get back from vacation. I've received 2 DMCA strikes in the past 2 days. Without access to my laptop I cannot counter the strikes until I get back on Saturday. Unfortunately if I receven just one more strike my account will be suspended with possible termination. Here's to hoping my channel can survive 4 more days without me there to save it.

i finally got all girls on 5 hearts, so they are now ready for the paid promotion giving 100k (or rather, 110k) fans. So far i have only 2 idols on S rank though: Ofc Yukiho, and i pushed Iori through the on-time events which give a million fans. I did it because Iori's costume from the S rank solo live is the only one perfectly matching the Re:whatever S rank quintet live which i'm farming, and it also has a +30% money boost, so i get over 19k money from doing that live, as well as about 10k fans for the 4 non-leader idols.

I've been playing The iDOLM@STER: Platinum Stars with my friend's PS4, and it's such an amazing game!  This makes me want to buy the PS4.  It took me awhile to get all through the training and songs, but I find that this game is really easy, though it's because I just played regular difficulty and not professional yet.  It also The only problem with this game is that it doesn't have many songs for me to play, and the DLCs are expensive as heck.  I really want more songs for this!  Still, my friend has been really nice to let me play the game.

The game itself is not that difficult, not even at MASTER difficulty (especially if you already played harder rhythm games like ProjectDIVA). I found myself doing full combos the first time playing MASTER difficulties for all songs (except I Want, the final part got me lol).

I could tell that playing the Project Diva series in Normal difficulty (maybe even Easy difficulty) is harder than playing The iDOLM@STER games at Pro / Master difficulty.  In the Project Diva series, I would have to be relatively more precise at the notes to get more 'Cool' scores, whereas The iDOLM@STER: Platinum Stars lets me obtain the 'Perfect' notes really easily.

Hey, would someone who beat the B live called "ORIGINAL BLUE" help me? the minimum to score is 36000 and the EX CLEAR score is 46000. I've been doing a ton of lessons for my leader and its not really helping

At the very least you need to master Kiramekirari on MASTER and get it to Platinum. It has the highest scoring possibility out of the songs you have available in-game.

Outfit: COSMIC NO. 35 (If you get a Chain Complete you'll get an extra 2000 points in the end. You also get Duo Burst level 4.)

Head Accessory: NO. 1 (Always keep on the F-Rank Princess Tiara. The Charge Level ability offsets the APPEAL drop.)

Body Accessory: either NO. 24 or 112 (which ever one has the highest Lvl.)

Hand Accessory: keep what you have

Leg Accessory: NO. 110 (You want the 100 Chain Bonus. Every chain notes you hit in a row you get an extra 100 points. So if you play Kiramekirari and get a Chain Complete you'll get 3500 extra points.)

Unfortunately you're reaching the part of the game where you'll need to know the abilities of each accessory and outfit so you can make your own choices. You can't rely on the game to choose the right accessories and outfits for you anymore. Especially when you get to A-Rank and forget about S-Rank, the game's system becomes incompetent.)

I disagree with the head accessory, there are only 3 reasons to use the F rank tiara, especially if you have the S rank tiara:
1) You are using quintet burst or certain solo bursts, basically, you need charge lvl 3
2) You are using the hand accessory with 100 combo bonus from one of the DL lives (No. 105) This option actually has the highest scoring potential
3) Your F rank tiara has a level of about 40

Other than that, you end up with a higher appeal when using the S rank tiara and some arm accessory with charge lvl 2.


I can't say anything about the costume since i don't know what type the event is, but the costume you are currently using is bad for scoring, i'm sure you can find something better, but make sure it matches the event (look out for the smilies)

But use arm accessory 105 to get the 100 chain bonus. Pair it with the F rank Tiara (No 1), No 24 for the body and No 47 for the legs.

This way you have charge lvl 3, 100 chain bonus and trio memory appeals, so you have all the scoring skills you can get from accessories, the rest depends on the costume.

I just now noticed that in the DLC catalog#6, you can finally buy those song magazines and stat boosting items and accessories. This is good for people who do not want to spend a lot time doing lessons for the other idols.

Just something I noticed with Little Match Girl song.  In im@s 2 and OFA, I believe there was a point towards the end of the song where the screen does a little fade out effect (I'm not sure what you call it) if you had the dynamic camera mode on.  But, it seems like this doesn't happen in Platinum Stars.

Finally did it, after 220 hours everyone is on S rank! No botting or anything like that used.

The next goal is to get every song to legend. I probably won't get the platinum trophy though, since even after over 1500 lives i still only have 3 of the 6 costumes you need from gold presents and i can't use P drops since i'm not playing on a japanese account.
