That touching manual just describes different touching options you have.
1. Tap circle once.
2. Tap circle repeatedly.
3. Hold circle.
4. Move left stick while holding circle.
Though you need to follow the conversation to actually understand which action is required when.

In the Settings Menu go down to 歓声 (Cheer - I believe it's the last setting) and set it down to 1. That's the only way to get rid of most of the cheering. You will barely be able to notice it afterwards.

I don't know the name of the new song since it's not translated yet but Kyun! Vampire Girl and Meisou Mind is back and there is also a new outfit!
What do you guys think?
