Actually, I thought Chihaya and Ritsuko swapped names in the prototype. Though as Marx mentioned, it could have just been a typo on the poster/advertisment/whatever it was.
Hence why we see "Ritsuko appreciation" threads on /jp/ sometimes. Or rather, Chihaya abuse threads would be closer to the truth.

which is 80% the reason why chihaya is one of the popular characters in the series :K

OMG!
Love Chihaya. She's soooooo my character. Me and my friend came up with characters for each, mine became Chihaya, my friend Hiirage-Haruka became obviously Haruka :P and our other friend became Miki. We all look like the characters too
