I'm actually remembering that gagfanart from the old forumes that showed Miki as Kamen Rider Decade, had Chihaya in the role of Natsumi (played by idol Kanna Mori in the series). Looking more closely at Kanna Mori, I just thought she could probably fit in a live-action role as Chihaya...
