Besides, she really needs somebody to talk her out of that mess she's in. Convert the serious workaholic Chihaya we know back into somebody like Yayoi (though not too much like her...).

I take a different approach. Starve her with work. If I had a huge bunch of work and I had 2 months to do it, I will 'spread' it out evenly for her in those 2 months.
