Hey there! To start things off, I've been a fan of Idolm@ster for just a little more than a year, after I binge-watched the original series when I had the flu. Since then, I've joined Million Live and Cinderella Starlight Stage. As you might tell from my username, my overall favorite is Anna Mochizuki. My favorite from the original 13 is a toss up between Chihaya and Yukiho. Still deciding out of the Cinderella Girls, but I'm leaning towards Asuka Ninomiya and Ranko Kanzaki.
So yeah, I'm here because I want to talk Im@s, but have next to no one to do so with in real life. Don't own any console games, but I can still geek out about ML, right?

Hello. We're a small, friendly forum.
I see you've watched the anime, so that's a good start. I would highly recommend playing the games. If you own a PS3, then you could play OFA and Im@s 2. You could watch some online videos if you're unable to play them. Im@s 1 is on a region locked Xbox 360, so it's probably easier just to watch some videos for it.
At the same time, explore other im@s stuff such as the music albums, mangas, dramas, movie, etc. We also have a wiki here, so check that out to learn a wealth of knowledge about im@s.

I've seen some subtitled clips from the games, though I don't have the time or patience to look through every character's route. My understanding of Japanese is still a bit rough, but I get enough out of it to get the basic gist of what's going on much of the time.

Hey!! Its nice to meet you! :D I also don't have anyone to talk about im@s in real life so I joined this forum..Everyone is so nice here!! I hope we will have a great time :) and For your CG favorite idols You should go the chuunibyou way! Lets create a chuunibyou army lol XD
