In terms of expenses, as long as you only watch the anime and listen to the music online, you shouldn't have to soend that much. Unless you're trying to buy official merch or the games, that's when expenses hit because of how expensive importing can get, ESPECIALLY if you want fast and trackable shipping.

I wasted $20 on IM@S 2 from amazon but i couldn't play it because of region lock...

Wow, yeah 13 is pretty young.  I think I was still playing Halo/WoW around that age lol.  Can't imagine myself getting into im@s at that time.  Oh, how times have changed... XD
