millionlive.com?

So I upload ML and CG cards to the wiki a lot, but often have trouble finding HN ML cards since the blog I get most of the cards from doesn't post those. On my search for an HN card today, I came across some website called millionlive.com that (according to google search) seemed to have the cards, but anytime I try to access the website/view the images, I got a 403 access forbidden error. Anyone know anything about this site?

The website is region-locked. It used to be open to all international servers but at some point, it became region locked to only Japanese servers. Such a shame too since it was the best place to find HN images online.

If that's the case then it's actually fine since I can just use a VPN. Thanks for the reply.
