Hello uwu
« on: September 28, 2015, 09:31:51 am »
H-hello everyone! I'm Nalo and I got into im@s because I found videos from the game and then I watched the iDOLM@STER 2011 anime. So I've known it for 4-5 years.

Personal Info:

Nickname: Nalo
Sex: Female
Country of Origin: United States
Age (upon joining): 18
Hobbies: Drawing, designing, listening to music, games, sleeping

=Q&A=

Q: How did you come across this site?
A: I was in the wiki looking for more stuff about idolm@ster and then I found out there was a forum.

Q: Why did you join this site?
A: I've been looking through the forums for a while and I thought it would be fun to share my thoughts of idolm@ster as well because idolm@ster is a wonderful franchise to talk about.

Q: Do you play it?
A: Not really. I got a chance to play it for a while because my cousin let me borrow his copy of Idolm@ster 2 but I didn't understand it well because I don't know how to read Japanese. But I saw some playthroughs on youtube so I was happy. I also bought Idolm@ster Shiny Festa Honey Sound because it was on sale that time and I couldn't miss that chance.

Q: Do you wish you could play it? (Ignore this part if above answer is "Yes")
I wish to play more Idolm@ster games in the future!

Q: Who is your fave idol?
A: Chihaya. I just loved her the moment I first saw her. Her voice and personality is wonderful. My second favorite would be a tie between Haruka, Takane, and Hibiki. I love all of the idols though.

Q: Why is your username "Nalo_Chin"?
A: Nalo is my nickname and I wanted to add chin because I thought it would be a nice touch to the username.

Q: What are you in to right now?
A: Chihaya... Idolm@ster...
Uh let's see..
Lately I've been listening to old and new music genres back and forth. Recently it's been electric. Learning how to play guitar, A lot of rhythm games, pixiv, niconico douga, Seiyuu stuff, recording my voice for fun, I'm always drawing and I love art and animations.

Q: What is your motto?
A: Umm.. "Love yourself to be yourself." or something... Idk I just thought of that one..

Q: Who's your favorite singer(s) and/or bands right now?
A: All of the im@s seiyuus especially Asami Imai, Eri Kitamura, One ok Rock, Monkey Majik, Goose House, etc.

Q: What are you up to right now?
A: I'm actually about to go to bed because I have school tomorrow q v q

Q: Do you have any expectations from this site?
A: I just want to talk sometimes and have fun~

=== Other Stuff ===
I'm new to forums but I hope I can get used to it and I hope we can get along c:

Welcome

You say you are into rhythm games right now, and you also say you wish to play more im@s games: Then i suggest you take a look at Cinderella Girls: Starlight Stage, it's a mobile rhythm game (it's a lot like Love Live: School Idol Festival, but improved in almost every area) and came out a few weeks ago. It's only in Japanese at the moment, but that shouldn't be an issue. We have a thread in the "other im@s games" section of this forum, you can find more information and how to download it there (i suggest using QooApp method if you use Android)

Hello.  We're a small, but friendly forum.

I guess I don't need to say much since you known Im@s for awhile.

Since you watched the anime, I highly recommend playing One for All, which is the newest main game on the PS3.  Don't worry, it's much easier to play than Idolm@ster 2.  If you already watched youtube story videos for Idolm@ster 2, then you don't have to play it on the PS3 if you don't want to.

Don't let lack of Japanese prevent you from playing the games.  I don't know Japanese except for a few words/phrases from watching anime.  Yet, I had a lot of fun playing the main games since they are what caused me to firmly attach to Idolm@ster.

Keep exploring more Im@s stuff like the music, dramas, mangas, movie, OVA, etc if you feel like it.

Welcome, Nalo! I like your avatar. :)

This is a great place for your first forum. Probably the friendliest forum I've ever been on!

What kinds of things do you draw and design?

I'm really planning on getting OFA or the idolm@ster ps4 game (whenever it comes out).. Actually, the top of my list right now is The Idolm@ster Must Songs because it's taiko and idolm@ster

I like drawing a lot of cartoons and animes which is a little cliche but it's fun drawing characters and comics. Lately I've been practicing on realistic art and stuff. As for designing, I'm a graphic artist at my school so I design whatever live job I pick up. :3c
