Pretty sure it was just edited to make it sound like they said their names lol. For "Haruka" it sounded like he mashed up parts of her lines together and "Miria" sounded like it was cut off before Hibiki finished her line.
He could've also used Vocaloid voices too like in this vid.(don't really know how this stuff works tbh x.x)
