THE iDOLM@STER BREAK!

Sev:
i have to say i found the artwork to be fairly well drawn. I've actually taken some pages that have good character shots and just edited out the rest of the page. id post one now but Yukiho buried my computer when i tried to stop her from burring herself (im not on my home computer right now)

Harrason:
The mangaka also likes to render the more ecchi-harem pages, while paying no attention to the story or stage performances during the manga. I can't tell whether they are intent on making a statement like "Im@s is more commonly known for its harem!" or not.

It's his style.
Like how everything by Tsutomu Nihei has enemies that looks like... enemies from his previous works.

read jojo's bizzare adventure and then tell me about fairly well drawn.

the author doesnt exactly have a good art style imo, makes the character faces look completely flat in all angles or like a dogs face on the portrait angle.
and even for bishoujo art, i'd rather prefer something more negima (with the awesome backgrounds that is)

Harrason:
I think its the shading, pretty non-existent which is probably the reason why its flat. Anyway everyone looks the same to me too, now that i looked at it. As if every single person had the same facial features/cheek bone structures.

Negima and Break are pretty different when it comes to certain facial features too. In Negima i can see the insides of the mouths, and in Break its as if the entire insides of their mouths are white. But once again i guess its because they omitted a lot of the shading.
