i was able to read the first two chapters in english yesterday i didn't think it was all that bad but then again i've only read two chapters if anyone manages to find any more translated break manga let me no ASAP i wanna no what happens later before i make a decison on weither i like it or not.

i dont think they'res gonna be more translations.
but let me summerize it for you briefly.
later he wont stop dreaming or thinking about the idols either naked or in bikini(especially haruka), then he dreams about miki in bed next to him talking about her bust size. then the haruka intro begins where haruka sings in the park and the producer meets haruka, EXCEPT the author made it so that haruka trips and falls ontop of yuutarou.
then they go to some hot spring, haruka injures her foot and yuutarou uhh somehow fixes it by wrapping his ripped clothes around it then haruka is all happy and lovey and then the 961 idols come in. bam end.
and the author made it so that iori says "HENTAI HENTAI" like every 2 seconds even if yuutarou isnt even doing anything.
the lack of azusa, ritsuko, makoto, and twins is bad enough. they introduce the DS character without them... wonder how the story's gonna go :K

well based on the 2 chapters i did read and the information you've all given me i'm not making any final judgment calls until someone finishes translating the first break manga and i can read it myself (im stubborn like that) but i have a feeling the translator's really busy. I can see why the artist feels this is the best way to go with the manga. they assume that yuutarou is someone im@s fans can relate to and that the reader will be able to put themselves in his shoes and in this way enjoy the idols through him since direct interaction is impossible in a manga. this is just my assumption at what the artist was trying  to do and its something we can probably find in some IM@S fanfics somewhere.

I agree as well. Hopefully the next few chapters will be out as well. And so far Imas Break hasnt dissapointed me at all. =)

But still, only two chapters. At least will now have other options to look things up.

Even though i dislike the manga i literally have nothing better to do.
im@s break is popular among people who never played the games or new to the im@s series, because of one of few sole reasons. because of how the game is portrayed as first person and you are directly interacting with the character.

I'm actually worried now, since there really isn't much good to be said about Break in terms of story. I got onto this manga bewcause the art was cute--but as noted, the artwork is way inconsistent in the course of the manga. And the mangaka is working on how many different works at this time? I was looking into Lyrical Nanoha Vivid for a time and--yeah, it's starting to happen there too (art and story going whoopee all over the place)...
