Because I've seen a couple of those on the internet before and because it doesn't really seem that hard to make one and because I was bored, I decided to make one myself.

I started the thing a day ago, so I know that the quality of the thing currently sucks.

Sanded the leftern black part of the skirt by quite a bit and made a tie from an old toy blister pack thing.
