Alt costumes and audio tracks confirmed. Looks like the latter has restrictions though; you can do an Anzu version of Onegai Cinderella but not a Ranko version of Never Say Never, for example.

When you get an SSR you get a unique costume and a poster for your office room.
SRs also seem to have a solo of some kind, but I haven't figured out how to do it yet.
