To download the game, and the other japan only games, I use the VPN Tunnelbear, but you need a japanese google account to download games via google play

If you want more SRs save up your friend points to do 10 idols at once. The two times I've done so I've gotten one SR each. I'm not sure if it's guaranteed every time but it's definitely a higher rate than doing less than that. If you see a crown page mark that means that one is an SR.
