Supposedly it was a glitch with the drop rates all coming from the S rank score table instead of the corresponding table for your performance. The lower rates are the "fixed" drop tables in effect.

I can't read the Japanese, but does the Gacha tab say that Haruna Kamijo has a solo version of Onegai! Cinderella included with her SR? o_O I'm super excited for that, but how random.
