Why not? You can run it on your PC. Though without touchscreen you won't be able to do some swipe gestures, wich are required for harder difficulties.

To unlock movie mode you have to beat the songs on master, so there's not as many people that could do so compared to S4U

Use something like BlueStacks App Player or look for any other decent emulator.
