Is the last one Reisen Udongein Inaba? I like the determined expression on her face. Nice job on her hair and dress; it really looks like there's a breeze.
The first one with the two Ryos looks stretched vertically. I tried squashing the vertical dimension and it looks better at around 89%. Maybe my computer wasn't displaying it properly?

About the one with two Ryos... I see. I didn't saw it.
Anyway, I tried to make his "past self" more like... "past". So it has to be bigger than the current Ryo.

I tried to do this. This is a work for my college. Yeah, I kinda had problems with the background and christmas light. Buuuut, this isn't over yet. There's more to do. And involve her hair and scarf. And the lights and snow.

I like this image. You're improving. :D
To make it even better, I think that adding more shading/shadowing on her face could help. There's already some shadowing on her face from her hair and nose, which is great, but other than that her face is a single solid color.
Actually, the more that I look at her the more she looks good the way she is.
