How to make a song become Gold anyway?

Thanks to all of you for help, now I start thinking if it's just because I haven't played the game long enough?

What also annoys me is that Chihaya and Miki have conquered IE Festival and have more than 3 million fans, yet it doesn't seem to make Gold song comes easier.
