I keep telling myself, "Grace, YouTube comments are bad for your mental health and they degrade your faith in humanity, stay away."
Then I read at least a hundred of them anyways.

Then again, reading any negative stuff on any social media are bad for anyone's mental health unless you found them funny. Come to think about it, I should exercise some more to steam off my negativity because my mood is getting worse and it's making me tired.

A very true sentiment.
My favorite way to exercise is through Just Dance. If you actually play it RIGHT, you really start to sweat.

I like to ride my bike all over town since I prefer cardio over anything else. Sadly, since I'm in High School, I can only do this on weekends. Once College rolls around, I'lll hopefully be able to do it more often.
