I read their FAQ, and you can't get an account without a smartphone... is what it says. Meh. I'll have to cheat my way in if I want it.

Had to spend more than $200 for transportation because the concert is right on Japan's three day weekend where everyone is taking up all the cheap spots in public transportation.
If I wasn't initially interested in riding the Shinkansen at least once before leaving, I would be more sad than I am now at how I could've seen this coming.
