From favorite to least favorite:
1. Azusa - I haven't a single criticism for Azusa. Her voice, design, songs, personality, she's just so likeable. And I'm a ditz like her lol
2. Yukiho - I really like her design, and both her voice actresses do well. I'm a lot like her as well, I'm scared of everything lol
3. Takane - Performs almost every song flawlessly, has a stunning design, and stands out among the rest.
4. Chihaya - While I think she's over-rated, I still like her. She excels in emotional songs, but is kinda robotic in anything else
5. Miki - She also stands out from everyone else, her image songs are almost all amazing, Nostalgia and Relations are favourites of mine.
6. Makoto - She's fairly likeable, Meisou Mind and Agent Yoru Wo Yuku are the main reasons shes so high. I love Makoto and Yukiho duets as well.
7. Yayoi - I really like her design, personality and some of her songs. Aside from that, she's not too interesting though.
8. Mami - If the twins still had their 1st Vision Design, they'd be equal, but I like Mami's hair more lol
9. Ami - I really like Triple Angel, aside from that there really isn't much to Ami.
10. Ritsuko - Nothing bad to say about her, but not much good stuff either. Her anime episode was pretty good though.
11. Iori - She irritates me so much. She acts like she's above everyone else, something I hate in characters.
12. Hibiki - She's basically Iori on a larger scale, calling herself "Perfect". She may be a good singer, but her personality overshadows it for me.
13. Haruka - Oh god, her anime personality is what ruins it for me. She whines about not being able to see everyone else at the same time, puts the Producer in the Hospital, and is a very boring character anyways. How she's the main character is beyond me.

1. Obvio-makomakorin~ because androgyny works on both genders and that her character is influenced somehow by tatemae and honne, something of which I like to relate to.
2. Takane because mystery, classiness, and beauty, especially in voice, is alluring, yet in reality, she'd be too good for anyone.
3. Chihaya because I respect her as a character only for her goals and trials as she'd be too occupied for anything else.
4. Ami/Mami because of their playful mischief and that their birthdays are a day before mine, yet they still have yet to mature...
5. Azusa because she an adult~ although this is obviously too dreamy and in the end be hopeless.

1. Chihaya -- for being the sublime songstress whose history hits so close to home.
2. Ritsuko -- owns a lofty character and a very bold tone of voice and commitment.
3. Yukiho -- an adorably meek, yet developing personality befitting a serene voice.
4. Makoto -- has a novel, yearning personality with a great contrast of voice.
5. Hibiki -- sports quirky, amicable traits along with an incredible range of voice.
6. Haruka -- has relatable idealism in addition to sheer loyalty of friendship.
7. Miki -- flawed, yet appreciable. One of the better 'coming-of-age' characters.
8. Azusa -- relatable, mellow demeanor in addition to being the 'big-sister' figure.
9. Takane -- a grandiose voice and character, but personality traits feel gaudy.
10. Iori -- owns a cute, aggressive voice, but has more of said personality issues.
11. Yayoi -- generally unremarkable, yet her earnesty towards family gains points.
12. Mami -- generally unremarkable, yet spunkier of the Futami's owing to hairstyle.
13. Ami -- same as above, but otherwise a clone without aforementioned hairstyle.

1: Ritsuko - I really like her voice, but I also like her general personality and character too. This applies to Takane/Iori also.
2: Takane
3: Iori
4: Hibiki - Less for character, much more for that voice. Whoa.
5: Makoto - More for character than for voice, but I still like her voice.
6: Chihaya - Used to like her a bit more, but after my time on the forum... I still like her. I'm just really sick of her.
7/8/9: Yukiho, Haruka, Azusa
None of these three really stand out to me. I like their characters, I like their voices, but I find them utterly average.
10: Mami - I never liked the Futamis' vocals much, but with the differentiation, I enjoy Mami as a character more than Ami.
11: Yayoi - Don't like her voice. I enjoy her character.
12: Miki - Yeah, I mention my dislike of her character a lot. She embodies a lot of traits that I don't really like AND that I see in myself. The times she actually gets development, I appreciate... but then we usually get Hanii. :T Her voice is really good, though, which is why last goes to...
13: Ami - see Mami.

1. Chihaya- Her voice and story should be reason enough
2. Hibiki- Used to be lower until I discovered how good she is. IMO she does Miki better than Miki does Miki: she can be powerful but still fit in with the cutesy songs
3. Azusa- I like how soft her voice is just a bit more than I like Takane's
4. Takane- I really like her voice
5. Makoto- I love that she sounds completely different than the rest of the idols, but sometimes it doesn't work out in her favor like in Kiramekirari
6. Mami- I'm not sure why Mami's so high, maybe it's the hair
7. Ritsuko- I like that her voice is kinda sharp and powerful, she surprised me by sounding the best in Honey Heartbeat
8. Haruka- She's just fun and normal
9. Ami- I don't know how they got separated in this list, it has to be the hair
10. Yukiho- I actually really like her voice, but for some reason find her personality a bit offputting
11. Yayoi- I like that she's a super hard worker
12. Iori- I think her voice is strangely soft and she's kinda mean and scary 
13. Miki- I watched a playthrough of her story for Im@s2, and the whole time I felt uncomfortable. Plus, the only song I think she sounds good in is Marionette no Kokoro

Makoto - I love her personality and her singing voice is my favorite as well. I have a pretty big thing for tomboys, right below ojous for me. As a kid that used to be pretty tomboyish and then taking a drastic change becoming really feminine I can understand her want to be more girly. She has that active hyperness that I love too. Shes just a really enjoyable character. Not to mention she can kick ass.
Azusa - Shes just so carefree and cute; I like her singing voice as well. She sounds good with almost any song. Her episode in the anime is one of my favorites if not my very favorite. I like her body type as well.
Iori -Iori USED to my favorite back when my only im@s experience was playing Idolm@ster SP and she seemed like more of an overconfident bossy ojou. After watching the anime and thinking it over I liked her less and less because when it came down to it she was a tsun with only a small bit of ojou and I'm not a very big fan of tsun characters. Her singing is fine, but just not my type. I still like her quite a bit though, hence being so high on my list.
Takane - I love her appearance and her attitude; also the way she eats a lot is pretty cute. Another singer that I like a lot. On par with Azusa for me when it comes to singing.
Hibiki - To me, shes another tomboy and I like how she loves animals and is really active/sporty. Her voice is really nice in some songs and rarely bad.
Ritsuko - I actually didn't care about Ritsuko at all until I read the puchim@s manga. I like her a lot in that manga. The moments when her crush on the producer comes out are really adorable. Although, her singing voice is really bad.
The twins - Honestly I like them the same amount, although I like mami's hair more. They're just very comedic and hyper and I love that. Don't really care for their voices, especially if you put both in a song at once. ugh.
Yayoi - Shes uh, cute I guess? I like her little rooster noise and the fact that shes friends with iori but thats about it. Her voice is good, but again just not really my type.
Haruka - Well uh...at least she isn't miki, chihaya, or yukiho? I actually dislike Haruka's voice to an extent.
Yukiho - Shes really shy and scared of a lot of things, which isn't appealing to me at all. Her voice is okay.
Chihaya - Really depressive and has a pretty boring personality. She sounds GREAT with some songs but with other shes awful. (sorry, dead brother story didn't really get me to like her more)
Miki - The worst of the worst. Just a lazy attention whore. Voice is pretty mediocre as well.

Don't get offended if I 'insulted' one of your favorites or something. These are just my opinions and if YOU like Miki, Chihaya, or Yukiho as characters or like Ritsuko's singing voice or whatever then thats fine. I just don't.

Let me assure you, I don't hate the ones on the bottom four at all. I'm just a little indifferent.

There's already a thread like this but whatever.

1. Makoto - For some reason, I like tomboys because I tend to like tomboyish stuff (video games) and I can understand her becoming a bit more feminine. Plus, she's has the best singing voice. Guess my childhood influenced me to like her more than anyone else.
2. Takane - Her personality is strange yet amusing. Puchimas! Takane is an icing on a cake. Oh, and lovely voice, too.
3. Yukiho - While the shy archetypes are kind of a hit-or-miss, Yukiho's a hit for me. Nice voice and "First Step" is beautiful. Kinda doesn't help that I support Makoto/Yukiho (platonic) pairing. They just go so well together.
4. Azusa - Very pleasant person with a pretty voice. Kinda wish that Namco do a better job of making cuter songs for her because they don't appealed me right now.
5. Hibiki - Has a likable personality and has a lovely singing voice.
6. Ritsuko - Mostly liked the Puchimas! version. Again, voice varies on certain songs.
7. Haruka - Not much to say about her. Voice varies on certain songs.
8. Mami - Liked her hairstyle and mature personality more.
9. Ami - Not much to say about the twins. They're funny, but they have lackluster singing voice.
10. Chihaya - I never get why people liked her. Her voice, while powerful, sounds very strained (Ohayou! Asagohan, Chiisaki Mono cover *coughs*). She also has the most boring storyline out of the girls. It's always the dead brother in a car accident, her parents divorcing, and her feeling depressed about it (and trust me, it gets old fast). I'm also getting sick of her ALWAYS getting slower songs and that's the reason why I liked to see her singing songs like "Just be myself!!" and "choco fondue". I think she sounds better on lighthearted songs overall.
11. Yayoi - Cute, but overall indifferent. Her voice is grating though.
12. Miki - Very obnoxious in personality and voice (unless she sings deeper or softer songs).
13. Iori - Never cared for Tsunderes. I think they're one of the worst archetypes ever.
