Q: How did you come across this site?
A: I always tend to search for interesting tidbits of information for whatever characters I may be into. I'm a little weird like that.

Q: Why did you join this site?
A: To talk to other iM@S fans of course! This community seems pretty nice, so I'm looking forward to it!

Q: Do you play it?
A: Ugh, no.

Q: Do you wish you could play it?
A: Of course! Unfortunately I'm a bit lacking when it comes to moon. By lacking I mean I have absolutely no idea, save certain character's names. :s I might still eventually buy one of the games to show my support though.

Q: Who is your favorite idol?
A: It changes so much... At the moment, either Haruka or Chihaya probably. Though when I first got into iM@S, Makoto was my favorite. Honestly, I've just started getting into Million Live. I have a few idols I like from that. Not sure if I’ll ever get into Cinderella Girls though. Too many idols for me to keep up with… just not my taste.

Q: Why is your username "Takechan"?
A: Just something people called me on another forum prior so it stuck, I suppose.

Q: What are you in to right now?
A: Besides iM@S, random other things such as Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead, or games like Minecraft, Diablo 3 and Skyrim. Anime wise, the only other thing I'm into really at the moment is Girls und Panzer.

Q: What is your motto?
A: I don't really have one. I try to be a "glass half full" type of person... if that counts for anything!

Q: Who's your favorite singer(s) right now?
A: I couldn't name one, honestly. Though a few years ago I was extremely into Paramore.

Q: What are you up to right now?
A: Getting ready to study for midterms coming up! Ugh, those are terrible. x.x

A: Not really, aside from just getting to know people and enjoy talking about idol stuff!

I have seen the anime! At least, the good one. I tried watching Xeno. Actually, that's what got me into idolmaster in the first place (for better or worse). My favorite episodes are 20, 15 and 9. 15 and 9 were probably two of the more funny episodes if I had to narrow it down, in my opinion; and 20 might have made me cry.

My top ML idols are Shiho, Kana, Megumi, Kotoha, Elena, Ayumu, Subaru, Roco, Chizuru, Mirai, Shizuka, and Konomi. Haha, wow. That turned out to be more than I expected. If I had to pick an overall favorite though, it'd be either Shiho or Megumi. Probably.

I've played both iM@S2 and OFA, and my Japanese when I started wasn't that great; the only character I could properly read when I joined was the character for "no" (I started on Miki's route in 2). I managed to pick up a few more characters along the way, though (though I've also been trying to learn Japanese as a goal itself, so). I managed to enjoy them regardless (though imho, OFA is more foreigner-friendly; higher emphasis on the stage gameplay than on communications).
There's Shiny Festa in English on the iPad, also, if you happen to own one, though it's not cheap (then, though, iM@S merchandise in general isn't)...

In any case, welcome to the forums. Hopefully it's not an entirely unpleasant experience? /not good with greetings

Yes! I completely forgot about that episode though, somehow. It was indeed one of the more enjoyable ones.

Oh, really? I'd love to play OFA eventually if that's the case. Just gotta be able to afford it first! x) I've heard a lot of people say the anime didn't do the characters justice, so I've been curious as to how they are in the games. All I've really seen is random videos on Youtube and such.

I knew about Shiny Festa, but I don't own an iPad. Even if I did, I don't think I'd be willing to fork over the money they're asking for for something that wasn't a full fledge game like iM@S2 or OFA. Haha, it's true that most things are expensive though! The price we pay...

I understand how you feel! In terms of personality, all the idols are equally likeable to me, so I chose my favourites based upon their singing skills. The same thing for Cinderella Girls. I really like Rin, Kaede, Anzu, Anastasia, Karen, Sae, Minami and Nao!

Anime wise, the only other thing I'm into really at the moment is Girls und Panzer.

I don't have many pets anymore since moving in with my boyfriend. He's a constant downer about that sorta thing. xD But in the past, and the future if given the chance, I've had dogs, cats, ferrets, turtles, rabbits, hamsters, birds... I hope I'm not missing any, that'd look kinda bad. Haha. Though unfortunately, I'm unable to hold conversations with my pets. Reality sucks like that.

Haha, I'm kinda surprised someone knows of GuP. My favorite character was probably Yukari... as typical of most. If not, I'd be rebellious and say Erika.

Why is it???   Atmosphere in Xenoglossia doesn't seem gloomy to me, just a bit sad... How many episodes have you watched so far? If you want, leave your thoughts about it in the "Xenoglossia discussion board, anyone?" topic!

I've watched 4 or 5 I think? It's been a little while since the last one I watched. The only thing really is that the characters' personalities are different. It might not be so bad if I just imagine them acting or something like that, haha. I actually enjoy mecha animes.

Wow, I didn't even realize. That just kind of blew my mind. Haha! I loved Maho too. She was probably my second favorite. Too bad they never showed much of her.
