Page Name Issues

I did some thinking after I added 03 today, and I think the correct romanization for EH is the standard title way. After all, Eternal Harmony/ETERNAL HARMONY's self-titled song is spelled Eternal Harmony, and it wouldn't make a TON of sense for their name to be in all caps while their song is capitalized normally. But they're not showing a lot of consistency here so.

(Also, I think Matsuri's song is Carnivale, because Carnival is usually カーニバル, but googling カーニヴァル just gave me the anime Karneval. In any case I think it's fine for right now haha)

As far as I know, the non-standard kana usage of ヴァ instead of バ for the syllable va is nothing more than a stylization. We have already transcribed ヴァンパイア into nothing other than a plain "vampire" in the title of Kyun! Vampire Girl (note that at least two Japanese dictionaries have バンパイア for "vampire": 1, 2).

So is the general consensus Ryou, Chihyaa, Makochii, and the like for names? I think there's a general opinion on a few spellings.
