That is a great question!
Here's a rough estimate:
14 hours up until creating the skirt tails
6-8 hours of creating the skirt tails and finishing off everything else.
So probably somewhere in the 20~25 hour range for completion.

Jesus Christ, a whole day..... I guess being an artist, whether it be for drawing or costume design, requires a LOT of patience. But at least the process of doing things like this is usually fun. I'd like to assume you at least had fun doing this. :P
