For the Producers, maybe having your P's cell phone playing a big role? As in, you can meet other Producers, exchange "phone numbers" (really exchanging usernames for a friends list) and call them at any time for you to possibly collaborate between idols for a festival or something. I dunno, I'm just throwing stuff out there.
