SUPER SMAAAAAASH BROTHEEEEEEEEEERS!!!!!!!!!

And here I thought this was too grand for the first of April, but then suddenly trailer. Oh em gee~.
The ballot is also a nice way to engage fan feedback as well. Plus, it's basically a confirmation that we're getting more DLC down the line. Bring on the Lucas.
Whilst I had numerous ideas floating about, I caved in and voted King K. Rool for the sake of likelihood. The strive for Dixie Kong is cool, but we could use a villainous representation of the DK franchise for the longest time already -- worldwide icons like Mario and Link already got their major nemesis to provide the contrast, so it'd be fitting for Donkey Kong to also have his equal. As it is this reptilian bastard can do so much to grieve you in Donkey Kong Country 2. Plenty of leverage for a moveset.

... By main heroine, you mean Haruka right? Wink, wink, nudge, nudge. :P
But yeah, sadly not a chance in hell I feel -- Pacman's already repping as is.

Here's 14 minutes of glorious Shulk fun.
On the less serious side.

Before I doze off for the night, I'll have it let known the new update is live. Those Mewtwo codes should be around right about now~.
Meanwhile, here's the patch notes -- and unsurprisingly, Nintendo leaves us dry a balance list. Smashboards are currently going bonkers trying to figure that out, but for starters the Hoo-Ha's definitely nerfed. Expect developments aplenty.
In the meantime? Fuck. It's now I realize replays will indeed get fried come this update, so it looks like I'll need to hold off on updating whilst I record matches like a madman. So much for fooling around with the likes of Ganondorf.
MetalPredat0r:
I at least got Mewtwo on 3DS. He is definitely a much better character than in Melee. His speed has increased, his moves are faster, he's more powerful, he has way more efficient kill moves, but he's still a lightweight and can die very easily. He's more of a proper Glass Cannon character now and I think he'll probably be around mid or mid-high tier, since I feel that despite his many improvements from Melee, his light weight could be his largest detriment like last time.
Also, can't wait to play online and see nothing but Mewtwo online.
ChocoCats:
Just finished updating SSB in my 3DS. From the looks of it, Yoshi hasn't changed much (some minor buffs) so that's good news for me.
At least Greninja got buffed a bit lol
