I believe this is the one many of you have been waiting for Sev presents Azusa Miura of the Emmerian Air Force

Makes a great background just ask for larger version

Backstory: Azusa is the only pilot in the 765 project that fought for Belkans during the Belkan War. She would eventually defect from the Belkan Air Force after receiving orders to drop nuclear weapons on her own country. However as she tried to escape both she and an Osean fighter pilot were shot down over airspace B7R by mercenary pilots (some say it was Yukiho and Haruka but this has been confirmed false). the Osean pilot that was shot down with her would turn out to be Ritsuko Akizuki. She helped Azusa by leading her back to allied lines and convincing them that Azusa was not Belkan but Osean like her. She then became a mechanic in the Osean Air Defence Force until the end of the Circum-Pacific War. She would latter move North to Emmeria where she hoped to become a pilot again however she was assigned to take care of Yayoi Takatsuki who was a young pilot who had decided to go back to school before entering Project 765. The two became close and sometimes Yayoi would refer to Azusa as Mom-chan whenever she was annoyed with her. When the Estovokian suprise attack on the City of Gracemeria happened Azusa thought that Yayoi had died when she had found her school bus blown up in the street. Racked with grief Azusa found no more reason to stay and left Gracemeria along with other refugees. Upon reaching a refugee camp at the border Azusa heard Yayoi's voice over the radio and immediately began to walk back to Gracemeria. After several days of walking she was almost at the point of death but was once again saved by Ritsuko who was on her way to Gracemeria for her own reasons. Ritsuko was able to drive Azusa all the way to Gracemeria where Azusa was reuntied with Yayoi before the liberation of the city and the end of the war. She was accepted into Project 765 and currently flies F-14D.

Hm yes, if you were to meet someone with bad directional skills in real life you'd probably think they were a bit thick before anything else.

And this conveniently comes with your username being "Azuyuki" and you being a fan of Azusa.
