In THE iDOLM@STER Dearly Stars, Azusa has a little sister named Yumeko Sakurano, though they don't share the same last name, it is unknown if they are blood related or not due to no other information being given at any other point in the game. This fact is only true in the DS release, in other titles it is vividly stated that she is an only child.

It could be a new sister (her parents might have remarried or something) or adopted... or it could just be that she just calls her imouto... But any other Dearly Stars secrets that people who don't understand a lick of japanese want to know?

Azusas parents never had a fraud with eachother nor divorced, it could be true that she was adopted but no other info is given. the DS adds many things that and over exaggerates the story, thats why its a side story, having nothing to do with the main imas timeline. look up some trivia under character sections in the wiki i've added that i took from the DS.
