I can redo them, but it isn't worth the extra time to do so, as it would lower the overall quality no matter how I do it to suit your requirements. Any video editing software worth using should be able to import the files as is. The files are perfectly fine as is.

yeah but i have a mac. i use imovie but it doesnt accept .ts files

I've remuxed them for you, but... i'd recommend you getting some decent OS (yeah, windows for example) if you are using your PC for anything but email and facebook.

yeah i have a windows computer but i dont know a free editing software
