Do you have proper codecs installed?
Audio is in AC3 format and is definetely there.
edit: do you expirience the same problem with the other two files?

Here is the same video with audio encoded to mp3 instead of AC3.
Here is the mp3 audio track only if you dont want to download full video again and want to mux it yourself.
It's strange though that only one file doesn't work for you, they were all encoded with the same settings in one batch.
Just for reference, wich player and codec-pack do you use?

That's the cause then.
I strongly recommend you to install this pack http://www.cccp-project.net/ with Media Player Classic (it's included) to avoid any problems with any videos in the future.
No troubles here, a matter of couple clicks.
