Also, I know the last post in the restrictions thread says that previously blocked songs are now playable, but I'm just asking to make sure. Are we able to request M@STERPIECE now?
Well, as per the conditions:
You will have to either upload the videos, or provide proof that the video won't be accepted.
This would mean you will have to screenshot the youtube notice, or forward the resulting email to me for verification.
This would also mean you may get copyright striked, if the video was blocked AFTER successful publication. If you get blocked before, youtube will just tell you the video can't be displayed and has already been removed but no strike will be incurred. You want to screenshot THAT picture if that happens, and provide that as proof.
And if you ask for too many videos at once, you can lose everything at once, because you can earn one copyright strike per video struck. I've known people who scored 8 strikes in 5 minutes and no longer have youtube accounts due to this.
(This is, by the way, why I strongly don't advise depending on someone else - If the other party gets copyright struck, I won't take that as an excuse, because unless YOU do it, it is a matter between you and your subcontractor. I'm applying strict business rules. Failure to perform due to legal reasons must be done personally. I ask all interested individuals who really want videos to share in the risks.)
You could find somewhere else people can watch the videos on an ongoing basis. If you want advice on other places to go, I can provide that, but it's strictly on a 'No guarantees' basis. I only can suggest based on prior activity from the provider.
In short? You can request whatever you want from the compendium, and I will provide the footage. You take your chances when you upload though, because I sure as hell can't help you if you get DCMA'd by Sony, the RIAJ or Youtube.
Bear in mind, I still wear some of the legal risks - MEGA does in fact accept DCMAs, believe it or not, and I have been served notice before. (I also beat that back with a stick. It's unrelated to im@s though, and everything to do with an idiot who thought he could claim copyright to a private matter.)
In any case, you may want to post in the thread as well as confirmation if you get blocked, struck or otherwise, for others to be notified about what not to ask for.

Also on a unrelated note, I will be unavailable for the next 72 hours definitely (Namely Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and possibly will be intermittent for the next 3 days after that.
This is due to prior in person commitments (one which got moved forward) involving recording for a show, a strategy session and some coaching, and other commitments relating to idolm@ster after that, but that will pend on someone else's involvement.
All queue will be handled by the next available operator, at the next available time.
