I'm trying to understand the song "MOON NIGHTのせいにして"  because It's currently trending in the JP SideM community.

So far from the help of the JP fans, the lyrics mention a phantom thief that goes in the night and there's a...'sexual reference' to it...? (I'm getting an "Agent Yoru wo Yuku" feeling...)
