But anyway, I suddenly got the impulse because the 2nd Anni CD sounds really good. Teru at the start of 夜空を煌く星のように sounds amazing.

He did get voiced but only if you attended SideM 1st Live, you get to listen to him talk about how his idols are to full of "Passion!" and so and so.

Well...If I can put his voice in one word, I'd say sprightly; said to be voiced by Tachiki Fumihiko.
